Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for your stylist and other guests, please review the following:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
đźš« No-Shows:
• Guests who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
⏰ Late Arrivals:
• Please arrive on time. If you’re 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount goes toward your total service cost.
